IGA Summit

This intensive, two-day program was the first official IGA activity and aimed to create opportunities for members to meet, share knowledge, discuss future activities, and explore the potential for action of an international gallery alliance. The pilot Summit was developed in collaboration with consultants Vivian Gandelsman and Fabricia Ramos of timetorethink; their approach was to build a format that provided a safe space for dialogue and divergences amongst members, while creating a horizontal organizational structure that fostered a communal experience for peers to connect.
